Job Summary
A Bar Back's duties are to assist the bartender and, at times, servers to ensure prompt service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Pre bus tables, bar tops, maintain table cleanliness, bus tables.
- Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed.
- Change kegs, stock beer, wine and liquors.
- Cut fruit, fill mixers and remove trash.
- Keep all ice bins full and maintain cleanliness.
- Keep floors free from debris and clean.
Qualifications
- Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description.
- Must be able to carry 50 lbs.
- Must be able to carry food and beverages.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $5.63 - $15.00 per hour
