Job Summary
A Bar Back's duties are to assist the bartender and, at times, servers to ensure prompt service to our guests.  
Responsibilities 
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
  • Pre bus tables, bar tops, maintain table cleanliness, bus tables.
  • Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed.
  • Change kegs, stock beer, wine and liquors.
  • Cut fruit, fill mixers and remove trash.
  • Keep all ice bins full and maintain cleanliness.
  • Keep floors free from debris and clean.
Qualifications
  • Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description.
  • Must be able to carry 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to carry food and beverages.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
  • Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $5.63 - $15.00 per hour
